Our mission is to empower the low-income communities by mobilizing them to transform their lives through equitable and sustainable use of resources without any discrimination against social origin, sex, race, caste and religion. We established strategies to promote gender justice, equality, women’s empowerment, Socio-economic development, both in terms of human rights and economic development.

We are community focused organization we evolve the poor communities in planning and implementation of all the development and advocacy programs. We accept the commitment of joint participation, collective goals and mutual accountability that sustainable development requires. We maintain a supportive stance and a spirit of facilitation towards our community partners. We are prepared to receive and consider candid opinions from our community partners about our work.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO ENDING NON-LITERACY

We are committed to ending non-literacy by providing both capacity and opportunities for the poor and low-income communities, reducing intra- and inter-sectoral inequalities to reasonable levels. Supporting social development of poor and low-income communities and disadvantaged groups. Improving safety nets for the poor and low-income communities in far-flung rural areas, to effectively and equally partake in the decision-making processes at the grass root level.

The resources at our disposal are not our own. We are truthful to the purpose for which the resources are given and manage them in an account able manner that brings maximum benefit to the poor. We are committed and factual in our dealings with donors, project communities, governments, and with each other. We demand of ourselves high standards of professional competence and accept the need to be accountable through appropriate structures for achieving these standards. We ensure that our development activities are ecologically sound.
